My students are so special and enjoy coming to school every day. We meet every day as a community to share our feelings and discuss any successes or challenges anticipating throughout the day. This time of the day is called Morning Meeting. We also gather together each day to read books, discuss and share our writing and solve mathematical equations. The only real problem we have is that the floor is hard and cold. We really wish there was a rug to sit on. My students are only 6 and 7 years old and it’s really hard for them to constantly be sitting in chairs but often, the hard cold floor is not much better. It will truly be a blessing if we could possibly receive help in being able to have this requested A Place for Everyone Classroom Carpet. This rug will comfortably fit every child and is also very colorful. I know it will make the children smile. Thank you so much for taking the time to read our project!
