Having a library in my classroom will help my students close the bridging from Spanish to English and help them develop the love of books. Having a rug and a couch will help students being more comfortable; while the bookshelf will help them keep their books organized and easily accessible. Developing student's biliteracy will help them overcome any obstacles they may encounter and help make connections to their first language. We will use these materials to aide my students to become life-long readers and learners. As a new teacher, I want to make sure my students have everything they need and with your support that will be possible!
