As a first year teacher, I am broke and desperate to find materials for reading centers in my classroom. I would love to set up a cozy reading corner where my students can relax and read to self. In that reading corner, I would love to begin a library where they have a variety of engaging books and comforting features. Therefore, they will need a carpet, shelving, pillows and books. I need a variety of books to engage the students in the different genres and to meet the different interest and levels of the students reading. Today a reader, tommorow a leader.
