I am a reading and language arts teacher. My students use an online program to help them with reading and comprehension. However, many of my students do not have internet access at home so they are only able to use the program in class. I only have 5 computers in my class but with iPads they will be able to use the program and that way more of my students will be able to complete the lessons to help them become better readers. Aside from using this program they will also be able to use a variety of apps that target reading strategies and activities that will make their reading time fun and engaging.
