Our school is hosting a science fair and hoping to move on to regionals! Since our school is in a low income area, we wanted to be able to provide the tri-fold poster boards for the students. The poster boards will be given to each student who has signed up to participate in the science fair so that they may complete their projects. The top 12 projects from our school fair will move on to the city regional science fair. We want every student to have the opportunity to participate in this event. We are also asking for Keva planks so that our gifted and talented program can have more materials for the kids to explore engineering. Our gifted and talented classes consist of students that are really looking for more out of their education. They are needing a challenge and activities that allow them to think more abstractly. The Keva planks will help them, through a series of activities, to build foundational skills in engineering.
