We will be using these calculators every day by checking our mental math and computations in our daily work. Please help us retire the old, tired, busted-button, failing, battered calculators and get calculating again! This will make such a difference for so many students who need confirmation a calculator gives to their confidence in number work. I have students whose social understanding is limited with their particular mindset and this extends to common calculated mental math numbers, so the reassurance of seeing a calculator confirm these numbers reinforces those commonly calculated and compared numbers that are encountered more frequent in daily life.
