The incentives and prizes selected will help my students by giving them rewards for maintaining positive behavior and making good choices. The incentives and prizes will allow students to be recognized among their peers for displaying positive behavior. These will be extremely beneficial for some students that are not always recognize for their behaviors and encourage students to strive harder to have positive behaviors. I have seen firsthand the impact of catching students doing good and rewarding positive behaviors. The goal is to help spread the positive incentives school-wide to create a positive school climate and help create excitement for our PBIS rewards program.
