Headsets are used daily working with my ELLs (English Language Learners). Students need headsets with microphones to record their voices. This will allow the students the opportunity to improve their English Language skills. It also will give me the chance to hear their recorded voices without taking time away from direct instruction. I will be able to hear exactly how the students are progressing. Donating to this project will give non-English speaking students the opportunity to develop and improve their speech and understanding of the English language, My inner-city students will gain skills necessary for lifetime success. Also, in this technological world, any current technology can only benefit my students.
