Have you ever sat through a long meeting and couldn't sit still any longer? Do you remember how it is hard to focus during those long meetings? Just imagine how 3rd graders are feeling each and every day. There is a fun way to change all that - something they can sit on that could help them focus AND also build their core strength! There is research that shows that students who are allowed to move are more engaged learners! That is what we need in every classroom. Donations towards this project will allow our students to get out their wiggles and still stay actively engaged in instruction every day. The stools are also light weight which means we can have a flexible classroom. The kids can move these stools wherever they want when working individually, or with a group. The stools will help our kids to be more engaged learners and get their wiggles out!
