Our art room needs tables! New to this school, and without a consistent art teacher for the past 2 years I have been left with a hodgepodge of inadequate and limited supplies/materials. I am asking for six large tables to best meet the needs of my students and the art room. Large tables help to create a positive, team environment in which students share materials, ideas, and studio tasks (material distribution, clean-up, etc.) Distributing, using and cleaning up art materials becomes a breeze with students who can sit together in a group, thus allowing more time with art production. Having space for students to create without the frustration of uneven surfaces, wobbly desks, and ill spaced table legs will be a dream to my budding young artists! Large, even surfaced tables will allow my students to easily share materials, ideas and tasks - creating their best art!
