Our middle school has 11 homerooms. Teachers plan monthly themes that are active, fitness related, and fun. One such activity held during March is a basketball tournament that includes all students. Teams decorate T-shirts, and make posters to cheer each other on. Teams are introduced and run out to a school appropriate song they have chosen. Another activity held in the Spring is the Amazing Race. Homerooms compete in academic and athletic challenges around the community. Students look forward to these activities and more! The basketballs, footballs, volleyballs, and jump ropes, as well as the speaker are key to making our activities successful. Please consider helping our students develop sportsmanship in a fun and exciting way!
