My students haven't had the opportunity to experience hands on learning. The Ozobots in conjunction with provide my middle school learners with hands on learning opportunities. In the past, many were given worksheets and only expected to fill out the answers. Providing engagement and ownership in the learning process will empower my students to become the people they are meant to be. The students are our future. They need a second chance and to have hope, knowing that someone believes in them. Knowing that mistakes in the past will not prohibit them from achieving positively in the future. Each item will have purpose and meaning in the classroom. The Action magazines will help tie the social studies curriculum into real world, high interest events. The novels will help relate the Revolutionary war in a meaningful manner, while the STEM materials help provide hands on activities and facilitate students learning.
