My students have a great opportunity in front of them that many will never get again. They have the chance to serve others while traveling outside of our state. Many of my students have only been a couple hours outside of our town, let alone on a plane outside of our state. Many of my phenomenal students are financially challenged and this trip gives them a great opportunity to serve those who have fought for us while taking them on a life-changing trip. This project will cover the meal costs for my 24 students and the 24 veterans that we are taking on this experience. Arby's, Chick-Fil-A, and Golden Corral offer us a great value on boxed lunches while we are on our trip. This project will purchase meals for all that will be in attendance for the entire experience. We will be taking our veterans to Washington DC to see the Naval Memorial, Arlington National Cemetery, Iwo Jima Marine Memorial, Air Force Memorial, WW II Memorial, Korean War and Vietnam Memorials, MLK & FDR Memorials, & the White house. Thank you in advance for helping us with this great cause! You are so appreciated!
