These drum pads and drum sticks will allow students safe participation in band class during this era of Covid 19. The study of aerosols (that are released into the air as wind instruments are played) show that germs can remain in the air and breath droplets, thereby making the exhalation and breathing the air in a normal school band setting a possible danger to the students. Studying the concept of rhythm will help most students become proficient in that element and give them a leg up when learning wind instruments.
