The students have worked very hard to create legacy paintings to leave behind to adorn the walls of our elementary. Students worked in teams of four to brainstorm a positive four letter word for their collaborative painting. They came up with some amazing words! Then each student was responsible for painting one letter of the word. Although each letter was painted on a separate sheet of paper, the letters will be framed together to form the word. This student created art will bring joy and positivity to all who walk our hallways. The art will also add a much needed pop of color, while the frames will make them look more permanent, professional, and they will stand the test of time. The students are leaving a piece of themselves here for the future students. The paintings will be framed and hung in our hallway as a memory of the class of 2027. I would really like to honor their hard work by being able to frame the artwork.
