These materials will impact student learning by allowing them to work independently on their Chromebooks! With a large class size, my students struggle to hear the English programs that allow them to practice the English language. If all of my students had headphones they would be able to work independently without a high noise level. For example, if my students are working on Lexia, one of the applications our school district uses for both English and Spanish speaking students they have to keep the volume very low. Sometimes hearing a language and its pronunciation of specific words is difficult. Having headphones will fix this problem!
