All my students love to play games together especially when I (the adult) get to play right alongside them! These materials will be directly linked to what is exactly needed to improve and increase a student's reading and writing ability. Poems will be read, re-read, and performed—all my kids are hams at heart! Games will be played with an intentional and FUN direct link to reading and writing. They can hardly wait! Disguising learning in a game or poem is the best way to create engagement and motivation for my students.
