By putting together this play each year, we are helping our students learn that there is more to life than just reading and math. Our students see this as a way to express themselves, while showing that they have talent outside of sports and academics. Our costumes in the past have always been handmade by staff and students and are worn out. We have had a lot of support from our surrounding communities, but with the downturn in our local economy, it is more difficult than ever to garner support from our struggling families. By putting on this program, we bring joy to our community members as they do not typically get to see theatre productions.

About my class
