The G.R.O.W. Program is about making students mentally and physically healthy. We have found on those high energy days that cosmic yoga or story telling yoga gets the jitters out and helps prepare their minds for activity ahead. Help distress our students’ minds and bodies with yoga. We hope to use the mats, blocks and storage cart to create a more comfortable environment to learn new yoga poses; while keeping items tidy and nice for longer term use. Our students love this time to relax and refocus. We hope to make yoga a daily routine with our new mats, blocks and yoga cart. Namaste!
