I will take the knowledge provided and integrate it into my lesson plans. It will strengthen my professional learning in how to adapt instruction to best support ELL students. I will be able to implement Kagan strategies into my classroom which include cooperative learning, brain-friendly instruction, multiple intelligence's and differentiated instruction. Every student's voice needs to be heard. We want to make sure our students know they have a voice in their learning. The Kagan structures will incorporate the social aspect of learning which is extremely important for our struggling ELL students. The cooperative learning strategies gained will be used to give them tools to succeed!
