Although we live in a rural area, many of our students have not had the opportunity to learn much about science, or the outdoors. ONSC provides an incredible experience to explore the outdoors, and delve in to the world of science. our students will attend classes led by teachers that are naturalists and will learn about water, predator-prey, and how scientists track animal behavior. Many of the students favorite part, is the "night- hike", where we get to explore the woods without the assistance of artificial light. this is an amazing opportunity for our students to science in action with their own eyes.
