Blended learning allows kids to collaborate, work independently, and receive teacher led small group instruction at different stations. This type of learning allows for multiple instructional strategies to be utilized by all students. At the independent learning stations, students are frequently watching videos or reading articles to improve their knowledge of different health-related topics. Some of my students are low level readers, and it helps when looking up information in articles to have the articles read to them through a digital reader as they follow along. My students are noticeably more engaged in their learning when they can learn in different ways and rotate every 15-20 minutes. The headphones I have selected will help my students to effectively learn health related information to help them be healthy adolescents and develop habits to help them grow into healthy adults.
