Students who exercise their bodies are also exercising their minds. Physical Education and recess are such an important parts of our day. We love to learn new games and play together. What the students don't realize is that they are learning new skills that will last a lifetime. They are learning how to work together, how to be a team, and how to win and loose gracefully. I have several students who need outside time to get their wiggles out. Movement helps them focus and stay on task. It would be priceless to see their little faces beam with excitement, if they received this equipment. They will be fired up to go outside and play at recess and PE. I have selected equipment that can be used for individual, small, or whole group activities. I picked activities that the children love to play the most. They love catching, throwing, and bouncing balls. They love to play team games like kickball, and relay races. These supplies would spice up our outdoor activity time and motivate them to "MOVE IT! MOVE IT!" Please help us with this Donor's Choose outdoor activity project--we would be over the moon with excitement to get these supplies!
