Many of the children in my class lack motor skills and have difficulty manipulating a keyboard or mouse. Using an iPad with a touch screen enables my students with special needs to utilize technology including the ability to zoom, use voice-over features as well as assistive touch technology. Your generous donations will allow my students the opportunity to access educational platforms such as Lexia, Dreambox, and our Unique Curriculum. These programs support differentiated instruction to accommodate the various levels of learners. In addition, I will be able to customize the literacy programs for each student to help them achieve their learning goals! Adding iPads to our classroom will help keep my students engaged! I plan to integrate technology into our daily instruction. In doing so, I believe that my students' academic performance and communication skills will grow.
