As an educator, I am constantly looking for ways to improve myself and my students' success in the classroom. Reflection on my teaching practices will enable me to reach more students and help them grow in their love of learning. Becoming National Board Certified has always been a goal and I work with a group of students that will benefit from my reflection upon my teaching practices in literacy. My plan is to complete the four components within one year and help my students to show growth in reading on the state standardized test. My focus is on my students and I WANT to make a difference in their lives. I love learning and want to see each and every one of my students succeed in their life goals!
