My students do not have the opportunity to participate in any outside or indoor physical education activities since we are limited on space and resources. We want to purchase a basketball goal and balls for students to participate in basketball. Students will have the opportunity to participate in physical activities based on PBIS incentives. We do not have a gym or multi-purpose room for students to have PE classes. Research suggests that students who participate in physical activities are less likely to experience future health issues as an adult. Physical activities will provide a positive outlet for my students to work off built-up energy created through positive interactions.
