Our class loves to move! Help us embark on our adventure into flexible seating. In our classroom, we find new and engaging ways to find ways to learn. I have found that my students need to move and research shows that they can focus better if they move every 20 minutes. Help us grow our flexible seating to help students move while they learn. Students will learn using a variety of seating from stand up desk, wobble chairs, and balance balls. They will be able to stand, kick, bounce, and wobble while they focus. Flexible seating allows for students to develop and build their decision-making skills. Students learn about self-control and taking ownership of their learning. Flexible seating also provides students with the opportunity to collaborate in an environment where they feel welcome and comfortable.
