Our students learn by doing, listening, and watching. This equipment would assist our coaches and teachers by facilitating engagement. We often begin practice with only three correct sized balls, and many times up to two out of three of our student athletes are waiting instead of being engaged in our drills. I envision our student athletes moving together from drill to drill enhancing their skills, and having fun. It would be great to have our student athletes line up on the baseline, each with a ball in her or his hand awaiting instructions from our coaches. Instead we have to tell young students to wait their turn, and the younger they are the more distracted they become. This project would alleviate that boredom and end downtime in our instruction.
