This book will help my students become more avid readers, and become engaged in their reading class! My hopes is to use Aru Shah as a novel that will both peak their interest with adventure, and teach them more about the Indian culture & mythology. Since this book was designed with middle aged students in mind, it is perfect for engagement and enrichment of their curriculum. All I need is a class set of the novel, and off we will go into a brand new realm of learning reading and writing through a hero's journey. We will use this novel to create essays, use our critical thinking skills, and sharpen comprehension skills.

About my class
