The Zilker art program is requesting an ipad, spheros and canvas for painting. Spheros are robots that can be used to draw and paint in the art room using the iPad to code. I already have several lessons that connect creativity and technology with the sphero as the central tool. In one particular project students will make connections to action painting (art history) all while learning a skillset to use in this modern time. By donating to this project, you will support the communication skills, creativity, math skills, writing skills, and confidence of a future generation. Coding is a career ready skill that students will be able to use as they navigate technology in the world around them, and perhaps in their chosen career path.
