Students with disabilities (Autism, down syndrome, cri-du-chat), learning challenges and behavior challenges.at Magnolia Science Academy now have the opportunity to engage in the Performing Arts. The Performing Arts enriches their lives, gives them their own voice, develops communication skills, reading skills, memorization skills, social skills and creates high self esteem. The students rehearse for different musicals 5 days a week, for 4 months and are very dedicated but when it comes to their performance they must be heard. Our Gym has terrible acoustics and we can not hear what these kids have practiced for months with their lines and singing.
