Technology helps us see the world while not having to travel. Due to the nature of my school and our program, my students are confined to their home or hospital room - most are receiving treatment or awaiting transplants so they are truly trapped within those four walls. With this iPad we will be able to watch videos, use Google Earth, and travel from the comfort of their hospital beds. Math can also become fun and challenging for the kids through the use of different games, videos, and applications, and not just books, pencils, and paper. Writing on an iPad and using different colors is fascinating to all graded whether it be Pre-K or a high schooler.

About my class
