About my class

We are on a mission to provide the best possible educational experiences for our students! Last year, we successfully "turned around" the school, receiving a green rating on the state's performance framework. This was a momentous occasion for us, as Valverde was once one of the lowest performing schools in the district. Now, as we face Covid-19 challenges, our teachers, students, and families are rising to the occasion and adapting to online learning. Unfortunately, we find ourselves in an extreme tech shortage and many of our students don't have access to the devices they desperately need to log in to school virtually. This is where you come in!! Any donation would be so greatly appreciated so that we can put it towards purchasing hotspots and Chromebooks for our students, and any needed technology for our teachers as they "livestream" - teaching both in-person and virtually at the same time.
