One of my favorite assignments that we do is a project called "Self-Portrait" When students start this project it takes tons of encouragement. My students slowly blossom as they begin to show what they feel is who they are and it is amazing to see their eyes light up as they begin to realize just how beautiful they are. Beauty is when you can appreciate yourself, when you love yourself, that is when you are most beautiful. These my students to be creative and out of the box for each of their projects. Students are appreciative and want to show their individuality, which is what being a leader is all about!
