These materials will make a huge difference in my students' learning for a variety of reasons. The supplies that I selected are a mix of sensory supplies, STEM activities, and materials that our classroom is currently lacking. Sensory supplies provide students with the sensory input that their bodies need to allow them to be more available for learning. I have seen so much success with providing sensory input options throughout the day, and having more of a variety to choose from will set our students up for success. STEM activities allow our students to show us their creativity and specialized skill sets that we may not know about without these hands on projects. The other supplies that I selected are items that I have been wanting to get for the classroom, but have been waiting to save money to purchase on my own (such as the globe).
