Students have been cooped up indoors and stuck in front of screens for a long time and it has taken a toll for some on their love of learning and emotional states. I want to provide students with an opportunity for summer school credit recovery that is inspiring and healing - learning bird biology and field science, getting outdoors to observe bird anatomy and behavior with these binoculars. Your donation will allow needy students to go outside and practice observing birds in detail, being able to detect color and field marks they couldn't see otherwise, and to make connections between real world observations and science concepts.
