Having iPad access in my special education classroom will allow my students to learn in a way that can help keep them interested and engaged! Whether we are targeting articulation and the sounds of words, language building, or question answering, there are a plethora of apps designed with my students in mind. We will be able to use a variety of applications and websites that are each as individualized as my students' needs and goals are! Additionally, because I serve multiple schools, this will allow me to create lesson plans and visuals that are easy for me to transport. By creating an electronic briefcase of apps, books, and games, I can hopefully put an end to transporting around a suitcase full of articulation cards, board games, and books. The sky is the limit on what we can achieve when we work together. The ability to communicate is a beautiful gift. Thank you for helping me in my mission to help my students improve their communication!
