In my classroom we do multiple graphic projects to learn about journalism, media arts, advertising for student council events and message development. We can produce and place work in cyber-space but students never have the ability to post or share a hard copy of their work. At the beginning of a project students ask how they can print their finished work. My answer has always been ambiguous at best. I tell them they can share by telling their parents about the project, or if available let them see it on Google Classroom. Sadly many of my students have no technology at home. My need for a color printer is to give students the ability to print, post and share their wonderful creativity.
