The school I work at just donated our classroom leveled readers for all of the kids to read in guided reading groups and independently. However, the books are in a big heap right now that are not accessible to students. They cannot reach the books and therefore cannot read them! My students are eager to become stronger readers and read independently. A library cart and book bins would make this possible! I have the perfect wall space to put this cart that can be tucked away when we do not need it and pulled out during independent reading time. The book bins would be labeled so that the students could grab the "just right" book for them!
