Because I teach a very diverse group of students, technology is needed to keep all 23 students engaged and also enhance their learning. During centers, two individualized technological programs are offered to the students. One is a literacy program and the other is a math program. Both are used to either enrich each student or modify their learning in particular subjects. The Apple iPads will be used along with the school computers to enhance their learning and give them the time they need to work on their individualized programs. With a shortage of computers in the classroom, these iPads will assist the students to work on their program.
