With a large touch screen, when I have my students in small groups (which we are in everyday), we can use the iPad for assessment, explaining concepts to where they can all see (large screen), while simultaneously having access to the internet while teaching. The iPad also acts as a digital whiteboard, allowing me to index what I have written but also be able to show the students visual information in real time. Also, I can grade students work and they will be able to receive immediate feedback in something such as google classroom. Presenting videos will be much easier as well, as the tablet is mobile and already has built in speakers.
