These materials will let me facilitate my math lessons by letting students discover how numbers are related, patterns of numbers, the most efficient way to solve problems, and how we use base 10 to solve problems in math. Students who are having fun in math tend to want to learn about numbers and are not afraid to discover how numbers go together. Math is so universal. Teaching students number sense will strengthen how they see numbers and will be able to be successful in their years of school in the future. Word problems are easier when their number sense is strong.
