Together, pre-kindergarten parents and students will learn how to become digital citizens by using tablets and engaging in professional learning communities. Parents will engage in PLCs lead by their scholar's teacher. During these PLCs, parents will learn how to utilize the Microsoft 365 platform to extend learning that occurs in the classroom. PLCs will be used to bridge the gap between the school and its families. PLCs will take place over a six-week period. Each family will receive a Microsoft Surface Go tablet, carrying case, and protective case. These items will be used to assist parents with adequately engaging in PLCs.
