This project is to update the physics lab at Kofa High School with some updated sensors and equipment to teach some of the more complicated concepts in the curriculum. While physics students at Kofa High School currently make due with what they have, some updated equipment would open up the world of modern physics to aspiring scientists in a brand new way. Physics is the fastest changing field in science, and students who get a strong start in this science have a wide variety of job fields waiting them when they graduate. New computerized sensors would allow students to investigate and experiment with increased precision in an environment closer to that of a college lab. Lasers and wave generators would let students investigate some of the more abstract concepts in physics with greater clarity than we currently can facilitate. Thank you for considering this investment in our students' future.
