As a new speech therapist, I would love to add valuable and engaging materials to my inventory to keep students engaged in therapy. Activities that are fun, interactive, and educational help to keep students motivated in therapy and directly target speech/language skills. Utilizing games and fun materials during sessions keeps students excited to come to speech and improve in their goal areas! My students in special education would benefit greatly from these interactive and engaging speech/language materials. These supplies will help me create a fun environment in my speech therapy room and reinforce good behaviors and academic language. I can target various communication skills with these materials; including asking/answering questions, vocabulary, context clues, turn taking, synonyms, etc.
