We will use whiteboards to show what we know, along with many other things. This makes something they may be dreading fun and exciting! I will run stations in my room and have them rotate every 15 minutes or so. One station will be teacher led at the kidney table. Small groups are essential for both helping students with standards they struggle with, or pre-teaching materials so they are prepared. I believe the students feel less intimidated in the small group and are able to express their misconceptions better. This will also make them more aware of how to fix mistakes.
