My whiteboard space limited and my classroom space is fixed. In order to use my whiteboard, I have to walk around an immovable lab desk which prevents me from being able to monitor student progress, answer questions, and encourage discovery. My classroom has built-in desks, so coming from the back corner means dodging desk edges, seated students, and buldging backpacks. Having an Apple TV will free me from the tether of cords. I will use my own home computer (Mac Pro), my home iPad, and home Apple Pencil and download apps like Noteworthy, Google Slides, and Class Dojo so I can project the screen for the students. I will be able to change slides, draw on the screen, and give credit to students from the comfort of anywhere in my classroom.
