My students will love seeing a professional production of a classic story by Jane Austin--"Emma." The new version is "updated" so I think that will enhance the experience for them. They are mature enough to really appreciate the talent they will see. The tour of the renowned Guthrie Theater will be a special treat. There is a cantilever bridge, a glass floor and several stages to see. We will see downtown restaurants where we will go out for lunch, and we're close to the new US Bank stadium. Many of these students are already in speech and drama. They are readers and appreciate the depth of literature.
