We are a public middle school in a large metropolitan community. Our learners consist of about 750 seventh and eighth grade students. There is a wide range of socio-economic diversity. Kids in our building may live at poverty level, some are middle class, and there are also students who live in million dollar homes. The ethnicities of our students is diverse as well, and the English Learner population grows bigger each year.
