These materials will allow my students to broaden their horizons and have access to a wider variety of recreational activities. Students with disabilities have less opportunity to be active and these materials will help them learn and be successful in recreational activities that they can continue into the community. It is essential for students to continue physical activity for life. Students are more likely to be active and use the skills they learned in physical education if they enjoy the activity. These materials will allow students to try a variety of activities and find the one they will continue for life.
